Eagle's Gate is a joint
venture between Property Solutions and Bayley Industrial
(the previous owner of the site).
The development was
conceived as a direct response to demand for warehouse and
industrial accommodation from businesses in the Airport and Eagle
Farm precincts in Brisbane.
The project will
provide warehouse and industrial buildings suitable for occupiers
requiring good access to the national road network and / or access
to airport freight services.
